For students joining mid-year: Students who join after classes have started are not expected to pay for classes already past. All charges will be prorated based on the number of classes the student is actually registered for. However, the first payment, plus the registration fee, is due upon registration. Subsequent payments will be due on the 1st of the next month (for monthly payment plans) or on January 1st (for semi-annual payment plans). *All Monthly payment plans require a one-time, non-refundable $45 charge by Smart Tuition
All accounts are charged a $100 registration fee / student when enrolling for the next or current school year. New students enrolling between January 1st and March 30th are charged an $80 registration fee, and those enrolling for the current school year between April 1st and June and charged only a $40 fee. There is no registration fee charged for summer school, or for short classes such as chess or vacation week test-prep workshops.
Private Tutoring
Private classes with an RSM-MetroWest teacher are $65/hour for students enrolled in our regular math programand $75/hr for the general public. Semi-private classes with a teacher (2-3 students) are $37/hour per student enrolled in a regular RSM-MetroWest math class and $44/hour per student for the general public.
Private classes with a student teacher are $30/hour. Semi-private classes with a student teacher are $18/hour.
Student teacher tutoring is available to students registered in the RSM-MetroWest regular math program only.
Cancellation of tutoring sessions requires at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise, you are responsible for the full amount due for the missed session. For semi-private tutoring, if you cancel the class, it is your responsibility also to notify the other students in the semi-private group regarding cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation of one student will result in cancellation of the entire class, unless the remaining students wish to pay the private tutoring rate. If you fail to notify the other families regarding the cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, you are responsible for the cost of the missed tutoring session.
