Enrollment Process Overview

• Our program is designed for the full academic year. However, we continue enrolling our students in classes throughout the year, based on the results of a placement test. Placement during the year is also subject to seat availability.
• Call the office or e-mail us to schedule a placement test.
• Please fill out our on-line registration form and bring it with you to the placement test.
• Once the placement test is done and you are ready to enroll, please follow the Registration Process below.
• We offer no-risk trial classes for all year-long courses. If you enroll in the course, the trial class becomes your first day of enrollment. If you do not enroll, the trial class is free.
• ATTENTION!
  Enrollment in MWSM now requires everyone to register via an application from RSM portal. When presented with option, please do not forget to select "RSM - Framingham" branch.

Registration Process

Registration is required for all new students at the time of enrollment. Continuing students must also re-register at the time of annual re-enrollment. To register please take the following steps:

1. Complete our on-line registration form or fill out and sign the printed Application Form for the year you are registering. If you are signing up several children, please note that you need to submit a MWSM application separately for each student.
2. Fill out Smart Tuition Registration form at www.enroll.smarttuition.com. You will need the school code, which is 11196. Please make a note of this number before proceeding. Please note that unlike MWSM application, Smart Tuition application is ONE PER FAMILY.  Please list all your children applying to MWSM on the same Smart application to avoid duplicate family accounts. If you already have a child at MWSM and have a Smart Tuition account, and are now registering a different child, please do not fill out a new Smart application, as it will create a duplicate family entry.  Instead please log into your family account and add another child to it.(Smart Tuition is a tuition management company that processes all our tuition and reporting.)
3. Once your Smart Tuition form is submitted, our office will activate your Smart Tuition Account, and you will be notified by our office or Smart Tuition. At that time you will be able to complete your registration by paying the Registration Fee. The registration fee is $100 for the entire year. If you are registering midway through the school year, it is reduced to $80 for registrations after January 1, and $40 for registrations after April 1st. If you are registering for the Summer Program, please provide full summer tuition payment to hold the seat. Registration fee is not required for the summer program.

Note that your registration is complete only when the MWSM application, the Smart Tuition application, and the registration fee are received by the office. Your child's seat is not guaranteed until the registration is complete. Note that by signing the MWSM application, you agree with all of our Policies and Procedures.

Smart Tuition is a tuition management company that processes all our tuition and reporting. Our school code is 11196.

Referral Bonus

A $50 Referral Bonus will be paid to our families who refer a new student to MWSM. This is a per-student bonus. if you refer a family with 3 children, your bonus will be $150. The bonus is not applicable to siblings of already enrolled students.
