How to Enroll
You can also enroll by submitting an application form
provided here. Please remember that we offer free try-out classes and 10%
discount on siblings and referrals.
Please download the appropriate
application form, fill it out, sign and return it to the school by email to
olga@metrowestschool.com, by FAX to
508-875-3907, or just drop it off in the tuition payment box outside of the
parent waiting area. You can also mail your application to the School:
